Joe's New Balance OUTLET tells you FREE MAILING. It fails to tell you it this does not include RETURNS. Yesterday, returns cost $11.50. Do not use Joe's New Balance for that fact alone.

I placed an order here, and turns out when ordering, it has the order automatically on "wide" instead of standard. So 20 minutes after placing my order, I noticed this and called to ask them to update my order to the proper footing, and they informed me that I only have 10 minutes after placing the order to call to make changes. I'm not sure what the difference 10 minutes versus 20 minutes make, but it seems more like they were just trying to avoid doing extra work. They told me that I will have to return the item, wait 10-14 days after they receive it to receive my refund, then place the order again. Which is absurd. So I told them that I'll be returning the item, but I won't be placing a new order with them. I would avoid changing shopping here.

Sneaker is marked 4E but they are only 2E at best,,,Made for a small person,,,also, it cost me $12 to send back,,,,

Bought new pair of NB Sneakers size 12 EEEE, received them and they were very snug in the toes, not like my other NB Sneakers. Well, they accept returns but YOU PAY RETURN SHIPPING ! $ 13.70 to RETURN sneakers that DO NOT FIT RIGHT ! Go to the store and pay full price, stay away from this place !

I recently purchased some shoes and I didn't like them so I wanted to send them back , went to UPS and I was told that I had to pay $28 for the return on a $100 pair of shoes , I WILL NEVER ORDER from this place again, what happened to free returns ???

Shoes are at least a half size small. Then they get you by not paying for the cost of the return shipping.

Not worth the stress. Shop somewhere else. Avoid this store at all cost

I only wear new balance shoes! A big fan! I have purchased many from Joes new balance outlet! Today, I got a daily deal for a mens Drft for 44.99. When you put in the cart, it went to 54.99. I called customer service, and a lengthy wait I was told there was a "delay in the Que" and they couldn't honor it…I offered to send the email to them, but they refused. Pretty Tacky!

I ordered $40.00 shoes. Wrong size, wrong color.. plus $15.45 I paid for the return.. shop elsewhere..

I have been ordering NB from these folks for several years. I ordered a pair for my son 2 weeks ago that their website stated were in stock; THEN, I receive an email 4 days later saying they were not available. They have yet to refund my money.

So; being a long time customer I gave them another try and ordered shoes on Sunday for him. Well, the very next day they were advertised as the "Daily Deal" for $10 less. I contacted their CS Dept. about this, and was told they would not credit me for the difference. They told me to refuse the shipment and buy the "Daily Deal" at $10 less; which is a real hassle, not to mention his size has already been sold out, and I would also again wait forever for my refund.

You are better off buying from NB direct, or even Amazon.
